What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is 1 kg — friendly for trials while keeping per-unit costs reasonable.
| Order Type | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Sample | 10–50 g (free, freight collect) |
| Trial | 1 kg |
| Standard | 1–25 kg |
| Bulk | 25 kg+ (best pricing) |
Notes
- Custom packaging and private label orders may carry a higher minimum, which is always stated clearly in the quotation
- Larger orders are divided into batches and priced with volume discounts
- Mixed-flower-wax orders (e.g. rose + jasmine + lavender) can be combined to reach tier thresholds
If 1 kg is still above your budget for a first trial, contact us — we can discuss a smaller pilot quantity for qualified new customers.
